Handle all enquires and clients complains / feedback pertaining to the projects as well as follow-up on actions to resolve it.
Prepare and disseminate the circulars to notify the residents of the work activities nearby.
Coordinate with clients or other government bodies during the project.
Implementation of public relation programme.
Involve in Housing & Development Board (HDB) upgrading projects.
Plan and launch public relation programs for Home Improvement Program (HIP) such as preparing circulars, letters and notices.
Coordinate and work with other departments and vendors as well as relevant authorities.
Carry out conditional survey before and after completion of works.
Provide administrative support cum document control.
Maintain proper documents and filing according to Client’s requirement.
Any other duties assigned.
