We are looking for admin cum accountant.
Mainly on just admin and accountant roles.
- Process and issue payments to suppliers
- Responsible for monthly CPF contributions, monthly GST submission and annually corporate tax submission
- Prepare, send and maintain good record keeping of invoices
- Prepare, send and filing of invoices and documents
- Handle general administrative duties (answering calls/reply to enquiries)
- Any other adhoc duties
- Prepare invoices/quotation
