The Role
- Design and develop content & collaterals for internal communication (e.g. eDMs, intranet banners, TikTok-style videos, staff photos) and keep internal communications platforms updated.
- Support staff engagement activities, including planning and executing events and workshops.
- Assist in sourcing and liaising with vendors for required goods and services.
- Produce and manage pre/post-event artefacts (e.g. photos, videos, soundbites).
- Collect and report data insights to support engagement efforts.
- Support Workday administration such as course registration and follow-up for training enrolments, where required.
- Oversee and manage corporate collateral inventory, including tracking stock levels and coordinating replenishment.
What are we looking for?
- Minimally a Degree in Mass Comms/Marketing/HR/Events Management or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP etc), content creation tools (Canva, CapCut etc.) and event management
