We are looking for Assistant Security Manager to join our Fun and Vibrant team.

As a Assistant Security Manager, we rely on you to

• Assists the Security Manager in the operations of round-the-clock overall security and fire-safety services.
• Assist in control of the Security Department and supervise security officers
• Responsible for maintaining adequate and effective security measures for the hotel
• Ensuring maximum protection is given to the guests
• Ensure hotel and guest properties are safeguard against loss, damage and other untoward accidents
• Handle all incidents in a professional and timely manner
• Safeguard all information relating to the Hotel, Guests, and Company

We are looking for someone who:

• Candidate must have completed minimally Secondary School “O” Levels, and/or NITEC / Diploma in Safety and Security
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Security License and relevant WSQ Training Certificate
• Candidates must also display alertness, good communication skills and honesty

Responsibilities

• Taking part in brainstorming sessions and suggesting innovative ideas.

• Assisting with the development and distribution of PR materials, including brochures, pamphlets, newsletters, and videos.

• Editing and proofreading social media content, videos, press releases, emails, and other communications about clients that will be sent to the public.

• Assisting with the organization and execution of various media and PR events. Managing PR materials, filing, copying, and performing other clerical tasks.

• Answering phones, responding to emails and inquiries, and performing other administrative tasks.

• Managing calendars and media lists.

• Maintaining the PR database, documenting media coverage, and tracking PR metrics. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, media, and vendors

• Working hours are from 9pm to 5am

Objective of the Church :

The Korean Church in Singapore was founded in 3 Aug, 1980 to help the Korean Christian community follow the will of our Lord and to worship Him.

The Korean Church in Singapore mainly targets the Korean community residing in Singapore who want a place to worship the Lord, but also accept and welcome all of the churchgoers who wish to participate in the worship. The church regularly conducts charitable activities in helping the social needy with its members. Classes, talks and social cohesion activities are also conducted to encourage the public to participate in.

We are seeking an assistant pastor who can well understand and conduct the spirit and purpose described above and can effectively lead our church under the following conditions:

Duties & Responsibilities :

A pastor who has a precise understanding of the Scriptures and is capable of delivering sermons.

A pastor who can lead the church community in the right direction according to the teachings of Jesus Christ.

A pastor who can smoothly lead the church in collaboration with our senior pastor.

A pastor who can work cooperatively with all relevant churchgoers, including elders and deacons, to serve the church.

A pastor who can share and find solutions to the church's difficulties together with elders, deacons, and all relevant churchgoers, considering their opinions.

A pastor who can lead the church community with an active and positive mindset in all communities, both inside and outside the church.

A pastor who is willing to listen to and humbly accept others' opinions and is ready to learn.

A pastor who can well guide all the people in the church in the right direction through continuous study of the Scriptures and prayer.

Essential Requirements :

Education: Graduates of the theological university(Full Time) or A pastor holding a divinity-related degrees(M.div or Th.M) recognized by the Presbyterian Church of Korea with a M. Div.

Minimum 3 years of pastoral experience

• Proficiency in Korean language with ability to preach in Korean

This position works under the direct supervision of the Emerging Voices (EV) Specialist. The position has no supervisory responsibilities. Coordinates Mission Public Diplomacy outreach to Emerging Voices audiences through Experiential Learning (EXPL) projects and events, typically “learning through experience” activities such as tech or entrepreneurship camps, music and sports programs, journalism training, and other focused community engagement programs. Designs, develops, identifies co-sponsors and funding sources, plans and oversees a range of outreach activities in support of Mission goals.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in communications, international relations, intercultural/multicultural studies, arts management, museum education or marketing, AND minimum (3) years of progressively responsible experience in a multilingual, multicultural, multinational, government, or museum environment with marketing, public relations, communication, or education duties as a significant part of the job is required; OR
• At least two (2) years of college or university studies in any field or other equivalent post-secondary education, AND minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a multilingual, multicultural, multinational, government, or museum environment with marketing, public relations, communication, or education duties as a significant part of the job is required.
• Must have fluent, strong English oral and writing skills.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including public speaking, interviewing for evaluation purposes and writing reports and material for publication. Must be able to brief on a variety of issues in English.
• Must have strong analytic skills and the ability to conceptualize how best to use innovation and cutting edge experiential learning opportunities to attract Emerging Voice (EV) audiences and engage them in positive ways
• Must have excellent customer relations, interpersonal cross-cultural communication skills, and be able to identify and engage key figures critical to developing EXPL priority initiatives.
• Strong project management skills are required, including the ability to establish credibility and lead group participation in projects such as workshops, seminars, conferences, sports and cultural programs, and camps, including activities conducted virtually.
• Good keyboarding and data entry skills, and excellent familiarity with electronic discovery tools, in particular the Internet, and standard information retrieval practices and procedures are required.
