The role you'll play:

We have an exciting opportunity for an intern or graduate to join our team. You will work closely with the team, supporting them with a range of projects for our healthcare, food and nutrition clients. This includes research, report generation, supporting new business and marketing initiatives. We provide a hands-on approach to our internships, providing opportunities to learn and hone practical skills, collaborate with the team and build connections. You will be supported by a mentor throughout your internship, to offer invaluable guidance and feedback as you embark on your communications career.

About you:

• A Degree or Diploma-holder in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Media Studies, Journalism or any communications-related field

• Someone with a positive and thoughtful work attitude

• Possess strong research, writing and organisation skills, with very strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task

• Solid working knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint

• Prior internship experience at a public relations agency or an organisation's corporate communications department would be advantageous

• Available for a minimum of six months, full time

We are looking for an Account Manager to help drive and deliver excellent communications strategies that inspire clients and engage their target audiences. You will oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, managing upwards and downwards to ensure the consistent delivery of excellent work. You will play an important role in the agency, establishing trust with key clients, supporting senior management by taking ownership of client accounts and providing guidance to junior team members to help them grow and thrive.

About you:

• At least 5 years’ experience in communications, ideally from an agency
• Knowledge of what is going on in the global healthcare, food and/or nutrition sectors
• Experience in project management, effectively managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• A strong track record in nurturing excellent client and media relations, with outstanding interpersonal skills
• A talented writer with a flair for storytelling
• An energising, can-do attitude with a thirst for learning and self-development
• High levels of initiative and drive, with a well-developed commercial acumen and professional work ethic
• A deep understanding of public relations and digital communication
• Experience and interest in new business pitch and proposal development

Immediate 1 Year Project assignment for Singapore Citizen to join as Security Engineer

Mon to Fri Office hours

24*7 Standby Support if required.

CAT 2A Clearance required in this project

Attractive Basic Salary + HP Claim S$50 Monthly + up to 1 month performance bonus upon completion

Job Scope:

· Point of contact to assist and advise client for any ICT security related

· Lead and support customer in the matter of security incident response and resolution

· Manage, configure and upgrade a wide variety of security technologies (e.g. FW, UTM, IDS/IPS, SWG/SEG, VPN, EPP, DLP, ATP, 2FA, PAM, etc.)

· Respond managed security technologies fault alerts and/or customer escalation

· Use strong fundamental knowledge (e.g. TCP/IP) and product-specific knowledge to perform troubleshooting on common technical issues on the managed security technologies

· Perform escalation to internal product domain experts and/or external product vendors

· Work with internal experts/external vendors to resolve technical issues

· Prepare Incident Reports on high severity incidents

· Respond to inbound Change Requests (CRs), Service Requests (SRs), Queries on managed security technologies, in a timely manner (within stipulated SLA).

· Perform regular configuration backups on managed security technologies

· Plan and coordinate Maintenance Windows with customer on necessary software patching and version upgrades.

· Create and update technical documentations on managed security technologies

· Generate monthly reports according to service scope requirements

· Adhere to policies, procedures and security best practices

· Resolve problems independently and understand escalation procedure

Job Requirements:

· A Bachelor degree / Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information System

· At least 5 years’ working experience in IT Infrastructure Operation and/or Support

· Sound fundamental knowledge on IP networking (e.g. TCP/IP, routing, etc.) and operation systems (e.g. Windows, Linux, etc.)

· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a passion for information security

Technical Skills & Expertise:

· Professional certification and/or practical working expertise on some/most the below security technologies:

o RSA / SafeNet (2FA)

o Cisco ASA / CheckPoint /Fortinet / Palo Alto / SonicWall / AlgoSec (Firewall)

o Trend Micro / McAfee (NIPS / HIDS / NSM)

o CyberArk / BeyondTrust (PAM)
