Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Access Control: Monitor and control the entry and exit of all personnel, vehicles, and deliveries to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to the site.
• Visitor Management: Ensure all visitors to the site are properly registered
• Reporting: Incident reports to the Security Manager or Site Supervisor.\

Recap of Duties: Ensure that Public Relations Plan is carried out, and ensure smooth operation through efficient communication between stakeholders, third parties, authorities and contractors, and all feedbacks are attended to and closed promptly.

•Managing Feedbacks and Complains from public and authorities

•Interacting with Stakeholders; Pay visit to stakeholders or call them to show the appreciation for understanding and support for the project.

•Preparing Circulars/Notes/Letters to keep stakeholders abreast and update on the site activities and progress.

•Getting permit for accessing to premises for installation of monitoring devices or carrying out of the preliminary pre-condition survey

•Plan, coordinate, organize and execute site functions and events; such as to celebrate milestone events like ground breaking ceremonyPrepare and submit monthly reports, weekly updates, and other materials and programmes pertaining to PR works to PUB project team as and when required.

•Other admin and/or corporate related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENT:

.Min 2 years relevant working experience in similar capacity dealing with stakeholders
.Computer savvy, good command of Microsoft Office applications.
.Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
.A good team player

. This is an 8 months contract position. Candidate must be willing to commit to the 8 months contract.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· To handle complaints or feedback and take remedial actions

· To work closely with all project stakeholders and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from construction activities

· Handle general administration duties and provide clerical supports to site personnel

· Coordination of site delivery of materials, liaise closely with main office staff for the procurement of necessary materials

· Update & keep track of daily workforce

· Compile and prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports, take daily progress photos

· Attend meetings & take minutes

· Attend/ coordinate authority visits and client representatives

· Assist the site team for submission and collection of documents

· Provide administrative support cum document control

· Coordinate, implement, maintain and timely updating of all documents

· Checking and filing of documentation

· Other duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Min 3 - 4 years relevant experience in a similar role in construction sites

· Possess good knowledge in document control and management processes and QMS standards

· Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)

• Manage all correspondences with LTA/QPS/Subcontractor
• Ensure the full spectrum of letters/documents is in place and all documents are updated promptly
• Ensure all feedback from stakeholders is addressed immediately and reply to stakeholders immediately on what measures will be taken
• Submit monthly PRO report to LTA and Planner for inclusion into the monthly report
