Job Summary

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Providing full secretarial support to a team of lawyers
• Managing the outlook calendars
• Organising internal and external meetings, conference calls and video links, whenever required
• Assist in preparation of legal documents
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant secretarial experience in a law firm
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Team player and ability to work under tight timelines
