As a Technical Solutioner, you will be responsible for the development of complex integrated solutions for Kyndryl Infrastructure, Project, and Consulting services and value directly to customers. Purpose and Scope

Scrutinize and review major investments and advise on legal risk in industrial parks, ready built factories/warehouses (RBF/RBW) and commercial and residential property projects including M&A / divestments, corporate restructuring, leases and other contracting requirements for day-to-day business.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Advising on Joint Venture matters (including JV governance).
• Liaise with business units on governance and compliance related matters in respect of frameworks and policies initiated by the Sembcorp Group Legal and Group Ethics & Compliance function (including anti-bribery/corruption) supporting the rollout of these policies (including assistance with training) and implement and monitor compliance on such policies and frameworks.
• Assess the impact of new/amended regulations on the business and present to the managements appropriate steps that may be taken in countering the impact and/meeting legal requirements.

The Senior Director IT is responsible for establishing and maintaining the information security program to ensure that information assets and associated technology, applications, systems, infrastructure and processes are adequately protected in the digital ecosystem in which we operate. The individual is responsible for identifying, evaluating and reporting on legal and regulatory, compliance, IT and cybersecurity risk to information assets, while supporting and advancing business objectives.

Description

Establish Governance and Build Knowledge

• Facilitate an information security governance structure through the implementation of a hierarchical governance program, including the formation of an information security steering committee or advisory board.
• Provide regular reporting on the current status of the information security program to enterprise risk teams and senior business leaders
• Work with the vendor management office to ensure that information security requirements are included in contracts by liaising with vendor management and procurement organizations.
• Create and manage a targeted information security awareness training program for all employees, contractors and approved system users, and establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of this security training program for the different audiences.
• Understand and interact with related disciplines through committees to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services, including privacy, risk management, compliance and business continuity management.

Develop the Frameworks

Operational Execution

Technical Competencies

• Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as International Standards Organization (ISO) 2700x, the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) frameworks
• An understanding of operating system internals and network protocols.
• Familiarity with the principles of cryptography and cryptanalysis.
• Experience in application technology security testing (white box, black box and code review).
• Experience in system technology security testing (vulnerability scanning and penetration testing).

IN-HOUSE CLEANERS

=DREAMS (Singapore) Limited is a first-of-its-kind secular, co-ed weekday residential model that provides after-school academic and holistic support to promising and aspiring children from low-income households. It aims to empower them to dream of a future where they are not limited by family circumstances.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as In-House Cleaners. This individual will be responsible in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe and pleasant environment to our scholars, visitors and staffs within our residential campus.

Maintaining Area Cleanliness

• Washing of common toilets, handicap toilets and shower area to maintain hygiene standards for residential and visitors’ use. Ensure all toilets cleaning supplies are adequately stocked.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas.
• Sweeping, dusting and mopping of building floor areas such as MPH, lift lobbies, corridors and staircases.
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting and wiping of all such as office, meeting rooms, dorm rooms, digital room, security office and laundry room to ensure cleanliness.
• Wiping of all lift panels and glass panels within the campus to ensure they are free of dirt and grime.
• Clearing of rubbish from the common rubbish bins and washing the bin centre surrounding area, rubbish bins and bin chambers.
• Sweeping the outdoor area such as carpark and multipurpose sports courts.
• Carry out monthly heavy cleaning tasks (pressure wash jet spray, clean refrigerators, microwaves, fans, etc.) and ad-hoc special projects.
• Cleaning and packing of cleaning equipment for next day usage.
• Water all plants within the campus.

Maintaining MPH, Kitchen and Pantry

• Assist in preparing drinks/snacks in meeting rooms. Ensure all utensils are washed and drinks/snacks are stocked well.
• Ensuring pantry areas and kitchen are clean and kitchenware and dinnerware are wash and properly kept.
• Ensure MPH is clean and free from any unwanted items.
• Wash all dishcloths for kitchen and pantry regularly.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies/chemicals in kitchen and pantry rooms are well stocked.
• Assist to stocktake pantry items and report to Housemaster when stocks are low.

Administration and Operations

• Ensure that the campus is free from any dangerous/hazardous items.
• Monitor scholar’s behaviours and correct them of any wrongdoings. Report any issues/wrongdoings to Housemaster if need be.
• Assist in teaching the scholars on the proper way of managing cleanliness.
• Assist in managing lost & found items.
• Informing any matters/feedbacks to the Housemaster when necessary.
• Report any damages/faults on equipment and facilities to Housemaster.
• Supporting any =Dreams events and other organisational activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Housemaster.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven working experience as a Cleaner.
• Possessed the necessary cleaning certifications.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and/or operate machinery.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong team player.
