PURPOSE

Minimum Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Legal support services within the CAO group of companies which may include drafting, reviewing and negotiating of various types of commercial contracts including contracts involving the sale and purchase of oil products, charter-party agreements, storage leases, corporate guarantees, letters of intent, multi-party settlement agreements, financing documents, supply agreement and logistics agreements, insurance contracts;

Requirements:

Summary

Job Responsibilities

The main objective of the department is to assist the CRO’s Office in the management of MC Branch offices and subsidiaries in the Asia-Oceania region, of its related activities and support our senior executives in our head office in Tokyo on the aspect of internal legal services.

In doing so, you will collaborate deeply with our colleagues in our head office in Tokyo, as well as our branch offices and subsidiaries in the Asia-Oceania region. Building and developing networks with the local counterparts and government authorities where necessary.
