The Role:
We are partnering with a large multinational conglomerate company with businesses spanning services, property management and infrastructure, to grow the legal team. With a strong regional footprint, you will be part of a tight knit legal team. This will be an ideal opportunity for junior Corporate Associates looking to transit inhouse.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day legal support on Corporate M&A, JV, Capital markets regulatory listing advice, Funds (CMS License regulatory matters)
- Manage external counsel for contentious and non-contentious legal matters.
- General corporate matters- drafting and providing general legal advice arising from the operations of the group
Requirements:
- LLB from a recognized University, admitted to the Singapore 2-3 years PQE.
- Priority on Corporate, M&A transactional lawyers
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
