• Act as Subject Matter Expert in the workflow automation, self-service enablement & deployment of Identity Systems and Services domain area
• Ensure Identity Systems and Services deliver positive user experience, meet business objectives, and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Provide ongoing support in the identification of business requirements and detailed design reviews.
• Communicate Identity Systems and Services program progress and update to management effectively.
• Oversee Identity Systems and Services program audits.
• Lead the implementation and deployment of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) project to deliver Identity Systems and Services.
• Take ownership of the security and compliance function of IAM, IGA, AM and PAM meeting internal frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Application team leads and Infra team leads to develop deployment strategies for the Identity Systems and Services implementation.
• Engage with external service providers on Identity services and activities, including managed service provider and other providers of SaaS/IaaS/PaaS services.
• Be responsible for providing technical liaison between internal stakeholders and external third-party vendors to champion RWS Identity Systems and Services program.
• Be accountable for the co-ordination of change requirements following the Change Management Process & Procedures, Problem/Incident Management and the reliability and security of Identity Systems and Services.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or demonstrated equivalent experience is highly regarded.
• Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC or CISA would be advantageous.
• Min 5 to 8 years of IAM, IGA, PAM related experience
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management in both on-premises and cloud environments
• Experience in managing Directory Services including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft ADLDS
• Experience in Federated Identity Management and concepts such as SAML and OAuth

Senior Cyber Security Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development of Information Security Architecture, standards and design patterns
• Leverage DevOps tools to build, harden, maintain and instrument a comprehensive cloud-based security orchestration platform to be consumed in product CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in and reviews risk assessments to ensure compliance with Security Architecture objectives and standards.
• Design and implement Cloud-native architectures that will allow business requirements to be met with a minimal degree of risk to the organization
• Design and implement security controls for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Customer Systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Min 6 years of experience in cybersecurity field.
• Experience in Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Meter Data Management (MDM or MDMS), Load Control, Demand Response, Smart Grid would be preferred
• Defines strategy and architecture for security solutions that protect company infrastructure and data, while incorporating applicable compliance standards.
• Understands threats to data and how to use encryption, access control, DRM, DLP, and other technologies to reduce risk.
• Experienced in multiple platforms, including Windows, Unix, Network, Cloud, and End User/Mobile devices.
