About the Position (Based in Singapore)

The APAC Security Operations and Risk Manager reports to the Regional Security Operations, Risk, and Crisis Manager and is responsible for implementing key regional security projects. As a member of the CapitaLand Development in-house legal team, you will be working on several complex transactions involving real estate acquisitions, development and divestments. WHAT’S THE JOB?

Perform hotel security duties and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property as well as the property’s assets and also part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) assisting Fire Emergencies.

Your day-to-day

• Oversee the security department including their performance, key job responsibilities and regular training;
