Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive is currently seeking for experienced employment and compliance Lawyer for a 2-3 months live client assignment. This role will be supporting the end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding process to align with employment best practice in each jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

The Legal Counsel will provide legal advice on a broad spectrum of M&A matters, including fund formation, investment transactions, and compliance issues.
