As a legal secretary, you will report to the Corporate Real Estate department and support a team of lawyers while ensuring that their days run smoothly. You will be managing all of their calendars, scheduling their meetings, booking their flights, expenses, documentations and any other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
• Minimum 2 years of conveyancing experience
• Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• A team player with good interpersonal skills

• Review, draft, and negotiate of legal documents, day-to-day contracts, construction project contracts, and agreements related to the business operation of the Company.
• Provide legal advice, updates and awareness to internal stakeholders and relevant regional business units to support the Company’s business.
• Manage and improve company policies, procedures and standards related to legal and compliance matters by liaising with internal clients.
• Review and provide recommendation on the legal aspects and considerations for resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquires.
• Lead the dispute and litigation matters management.
• Manage external counsels and related expenses.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments related to legal and compliance issues, including corporate secretarial matters.
• Identify and consult on legal and compliance risks to ensure the Company operates within statutory and regulatory requirements in connection with the company’s developments.
