In this role, you will administer physical security operations for the site. Duties also include;
• Ensure the implementation of Micron Security Standards & Guidelines
• Use established protocols to minimize occurrences of Loss Prevention
• Administer badge access to guard against unauthorized intrusion to Micron premises
• Access control management to manage pedestrian and vehicular traffic
• Conduct monitoring through the use of installed surveillance systems
• Ensure subordinates and outsourced officers adhere to duty post and relief schedules
• Make changes to duty assignments based on operational or business needs
• Deliver appropriate support security service or support to other functional groups using security best practices as a guide
• Participate in the development of global security policies
• Establish and manage positive relationships with key internal partners
• Establish and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and security providers
• Conduct physical security risk assessments on an annual basis and in alignment with corporate guidelines
• Consult Country Security Manager on investigations, as appropriate, in keeping with corporate requirements
• Monitor conformance of outsourced guards to security post orders (or contract expectations) through the use of (KPI) key performance indicators
• Monitor and ensure implementation and maintenance of a security personnel training program
• Maintain security systems and equipment to ensure effective operational resilience in the protection of Micron assets and ensure proper reporting of malfunction for prompt repair/replacement
• Administer general and emergency communication systems to include management of the Security Control Room, where applicable, and Lobby operations
- To engage with site leadership team on security updates, improvement projects and any other site related improvements or project executions
- Act as cover for Country Security Manager during his absence
- Assist the Country Security Manager in managing your operational budget expenditure for your Site.
- Perform any other security related duties as directed by your superiors

Duties may include direct or indirect responsibility for data, computer, or network security. May be responsible for overseeing contract security personnel & equipment.
