We are seeking an accomplished Senior Security Solutions Sales Manager who is passionate about leading the charge in the cybersecurity landscape, particularly within the dynamic markets across Asia. This role is central to developing and executing advanced sales strategies, focusing on our Cloud Security solutions. As the vanguard of our security sales efforts, you will be instrumental in forging strategic client relationships, driving market penetration, and steering our product and marketing collaborations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development of innovative sales strategies tailored for the diverse and dynamic security landscape of the Asian markets, emphasising Web Application and API Protection (WAAP).
• Drive the adaptation of strategies to cater to evolving security threats and opportunities.
• Build deep, consultative relationships with clients across Asia, guiding them to tailored cloud security solutions, considering each country and industry’s unique regulatory and cybersecurity challenges.
• Work closely with respective in-country sales teams to ensure strategies and initiatives are aligned and effectively implemented.
• Involve actively in Go-To-Market (GTM), collaborating with product and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and client engagement.
• Support channels and partners, facilitating training, and enabling them to effectively sell and service WAAP and other security solutions.
• Establish yourself as the in-house and industry-wide security expert, continually updating the team on security trends, competitive landscapes, and client success stories in key Asian market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Approximately 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in cybersecurity sales with a focus on cloud security solutions.
• Industry-recognized security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, etc.) is a bonus.
• Prior experience across Southeast Asia and China markets is desirable.

About the Role To meet various regulatory expectations by conducting quarterly BSC reviews and carrying out internal investigations in respect of any market misconduct committed by representatives. WE ARE LOOKING FOR Fulfill requirements under BSC framework via BSC reviews, customer call surveys, reviews of Mystery Shopping cases, and assignment of quarterly BSC grades to representatives and supervisors Conduct investigations by interviewing with relevant parties such as reps, leaders and clients, obtaining and assessing documentary evidence of alleged misconduct, and providing outcomes of investigations Prepare investigation reports, documenting the investigator's assessment and recommendations Mete out disciplinary actions in accordance to the Company's Market Conduct Standards Analyse common trends to identify high-risk representations and agencies Conduct portfolio reviews of high-risk representatives (through use of data analysis) Provide consult to stakeholders on BSC related matters WHAT YOU WILL HAVE Min Diploma At least 1 to 2 years of insurance sales advisory experience Market conduct and/or Balanced Scorecard experience preferred CMFAS 5 & 9 certified is a plus #LI-SC1 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
