Be a part of Siemens Smart Building Security Solutions (SBS) sales team ensuring that strong customer relationships are created and maintained while driving the sales figures and forecast to achieve your personal business goals. Promote focused approach to selling based on vertical market penetration and specific SBS initiatives supported by the company. Ensure coordinated and cooperative effort between SBS sales team and SBS operations, as well as other divisions within Smart Infrastructure.
You’ll break new ground by
- Spearheading the identification and establishment of strategic business growth, leveraging insights from the local physical security market conditions, company initiatives, and competitive landscape. Drive a focused approach for the team consistent with this direction to maximize revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the creation and development of Siemens Smart Building Physical Security Solutions (SBS) projects for customers in select vertical markets.
- Manage the sales process to ensure customer opportunities are properly qualified prior to investment of resources. Work closely with SBS Operations to ensure qualified projects are resourced during project development and implementation phases.
- Executing impactful networking physical security activities, strategic marketing initiatives, and customer meetings to elevate our market presence. Develop compelling proposals and deliver outstanding customer presentations, crafting sales strategies that align with our comprehensive solutions.
- Participate in development of long-range sales planning and growth strategies. Develop detailed sales forecast and provide input to budget.
- Maintaining a keen awareness of physical security competitor information, ensuring we stay ahead in the market. Foster trade contacts and actively participate in industry associations, aligning with company policy to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
You’d describe yourself as
- Having at least 3-8 years of sales experience in Physical Security Solution (i.e. Card Access, CCTV etc.) sales role. (Data Center/Life Science/Critical Infra experience is an advantage). We welcome fresh graduates to apply if interested.
- Good knowledge of using CRM tools (i.e. Saleforce-Siesales)
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills for coaching sales staff and interfacing with customers.
- Ability to design Security architecture/solutions, work on costing and design of solution, good understanding of physical Security operations
