Job Description
- Responsible for all ensuring internal database is updated as required. Support the Corporate Secretarial team on various matters.
- Maintaining office files and internal database, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the Company’s operations.
- Preparation of basic corporate secretarial documents.
- Assisting the corporate secretarial team.
- Liaise with Clients on general administrative matters.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies.
- Strengthen long-term relationship with our customers and business partners by providing excellent services.
- Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Education Level: Diploma onwards
- Experience: 1 to 2 years work experience / Training provided.
- Skills/ certifications: MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
