The candidate will be trained to process e-litigation systems, proof-reading of legal documents, conducting searches as well as filing and retrieval of court documents and notices. In addition, the candidate will be assisting in client-facing roles such as coordination of schedules, collecting bill payments, and other administrative matters. The candidate will need to assist with clearing the current warehouse filing storage. If required, the candidate may translate certain documents.

• Providing support to the lawyers; • Preparation of Court documents; • Updating and maintaining case files, including monitoring court timelines, and drafting of pleadings, applications, and affidavits; • Electronic filing of documents via e-litigation and general administration work, including preparing court bundles; • Keeping track of solicitor’s time records and billing; • Corresponding with clients • Maintaining calendars for meetings and Court hearings. • 1 to 2 years experience preferred
