Responsibilities:

• Support a team of lawyers in administrative and secretarial functions
• Preparation of legal documents whenever required
• Book meeting rooms and flight schedule for the lawyers
• Organising meetings and conference calls
• Liaising with clients and guests in a professional manner over the telephone and via written correspondence
• Any other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline and/or O Levels
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in law firm or in-house company
• Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• A team player with good interpersonal skills

Work Week: 5 Days

Salary: Up to $2.8K

Responsiblities:

Requirements:

• Min 1 year conveyancing experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative supports including claims, searches, billing, keeping deadlines and attending to general queries;
• Handling conveyancing related matters ie sale, purchase of private properties
• Review and proofread documents relating to conveyancing matters

Job Description:

You will be part of the dynamic and growing team and you will provide legal support and administrative assistance to lawyers in a litigation practice. The job scope will include conducting legal research, the filing and service of court documents on e-litigation, preparation of court bundles and providing administrative support for trial.

Job Requirements:

• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in a litigation-based practice preferred;
• A good command of English;
• Proficiency in MS Office application and e-litigation;
• Organized, efficient and meticulous, with a good working attitude;
• Good interpersonal skills.
