• Monitor and administer the Fire Command Centre, coordinating with the Technical Assistance Centre and security vendors.
• Coordinate with security vendors for provisioning and servicing of security systems.
• Utilize Visitor Management systems and other DC security tools to manage visitor check-in/check-out processes.
• Train new employees on existing and new security systems.
• Manage security access and vehicle clearance, including badge administration using in-house systems/portals.
• Input Ticket Reference No. on Delivery’s “General Release Slip” form.
• Maintain up-to-date security logs and reports for audit purposes.
• Prepare required security reports for customer reporting or ad-hoc needs.
• Coordinate with Security Guards on CCTV monitoring and Key Press management.
• Keep an inventory of security assets up-to-date.
• Assist in coordinating Company Emergency Response, Fire Drills, and Pandemic Flu logistics.
• Support Manager in day-to-day security and facilities-related functions, including activities at the loading bay.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Higher/Nitec or Diploma in Computing/IT/Security/Office Administration or equivalent.
• Upto 3 years of relevant working experience in an administration function, preferably in a data centre or financial industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle walk-in customers.
• Meticulous team player capable of working under pressure.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Job Description

• Attend to Fire Command Centre monitoring, coordination and administration with STT Technical Assistance Centre and security related vendors.
• Co-ordinate with security vendors to provision and service of new and existing security systems
• Use tools such as Visitor Management systems or Data Centre (DC) security related tools to check-in/check-out visitors to the DC
• Understand existing and new security systems and be a trainer to new joiner or employee.
• Coordinate security access and vehicle clearance including admin functions of creating and removing of badges using in house system/portal.

• Ensure all security logs and reports are up-to date for audit purpose and follow-ups.
• Prepare required security reporting from security systems available for customer reporting or ad-hoc basis.
• Coordinate with Security Guards on the CCTV monitoring and Key Press management
• Maintain up-to date inventory of security assets.
• Coordinate on Company Emergency Response, Fire Drill, Pandemic Flu logistics and administrations
