The Associate Security Consultant attains CREST CRT certification, learns other security assurance skills and assists in delivering penetration testing & offensive security projects to ensure a successful outcome that at least meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients.

Role Outcomes:

• Mentored to achieved CREST CRT certification within 4 months of joining Vantage Point.
• Complete the Associate Consultant training program to become competent with the use of penetration testing tools and techniques, including manual testing, automated application vulnerability scanning/testing tools and source code review techniques.
• Perform penetration testing projects as part of a team to ensure they are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
• All client data is managed in strict accordance with Vantage Point Security data security and protection policies throughout the project.

Role Responsibilities:

• Achieve CREST CRT certification within 4 months of joining Vantage Point.
• Complete the Associate Consultant training program comprising the learning of penetration testing tools and techniques, including manual testing, automated application vulnerability scanning/testing tools and source code review techniques.
• Support Senior Consultants and Security Consultants to perform manual penetration tests of websites, services, infrastructure, networks, IoT Devices, and mobile applications to discover and report exploitable vulnerabilities.
• Clearly document findings and recommendations.

• Continuously learn and master new hacking methods in new and emerging technologies.

• Penetration testing projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
• Projects are adequate scoped and that estimated testing times are clearly communicated for producing a Statement of Work (SOW).
• Penetration testers are well informed and prepared to commence testing on schedule.
• The client has prepared the testing environment prior to the project start date so that the engagement is executed smoothly and without delay.
• The quality of the Penetration Testing Report by ensuring it has been peer reviewed and approved for release to the client.
• All client data is managed in strict accordance with Vantage Point Security data security and protection policies throughout the project.

Role Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical owner for projects internally and externally with the client.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and be fully aware of all projects in the delivery schedule and their progress status.
• Perform manual penetration tests of websites, services, infrastructure, networks, IoT Devices, and mobile applications to discover and report exploitable vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to assist team members to master attack methods and reliably perform 100% coverage of all assigned test cases.
• Clearly document and communicate findings and recommendations to the client.
• Author new test-cases that meet the requirements of emerging technologies and security requirements.
• Continuously learn and master new hacking methods in new and emerging technologies.
• Maintain a minimum of CREST CRT certification.

Responsible for Investor Relations and Legal Affairs for the Company, as well as for affiliated Group entities in other regions such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia etc.

Main Duties:

(1) Development of policies and procedures pertaining to General and Legal Affairs within the company.

(2) Engage in contract consultations and legal advisory services.

(3) Dissemination of information regarding updates to laws, rules, and regulations.

(4) Promoting positive relationships, ensuring effective communication, and fostering transparency between the company and investors to facilitate long-term prosperity.

(5) Capable of maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

(1) A Master's degree in law with at least 15 years of relevant working experience.

(2) Proficiency in both English and Mandarin at an advanced level of communication skills.

(3) Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

(4) Extensive understanding of Chinese cultures and policies, complemented by years of experience as a legal consultant in China, would be preferred.
