a) Provide cybersecurity support in system operations to ensure the

compliance with Government policies, which include review, design and

implementing security measure, process, controls for the Authority’s

systems;

b) Review security audit reports and assessment conducted by auditors for

security testing such as Vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, host

configurations, IT general controls, risk assessments, etc;

c) Conduct reviews, gap analysis and provide recommendations on monthly

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Consultant specialising in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will manage and oversee IT GRC activities, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will contribute to building secure, compliant, and resilient IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Governance, Risk, and Compliance:

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance and industry best practices.

2. Project Lifecycle Involvement:

Responsibilities

• Provide legal services and support to Trading businesses.
• Prepare, review and advise on contracts and other legal matters, as required.
• Negotiate and resolve disputes in relation to Trading and other businesses.
• Maintain compliance with laws and internal regulations with regards to Trading and other businesses.
• Monitor and keep abreast of any changes in the law and advise the Management on the impact of such on the business and operations, recommend strategies and solutions for compliance when necessary.

Requirements

• Possess a good LLB degree from a recognized university.
• Min 2 year of legal experience.
• Post-Qualified Experience with litigation background be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of trade & shipping law will be an added advantage.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary range: up to $10k

Contract duration: 6 Months to 1 Year Renewable Contract

Working location: Millenia Tower (Closest MRT: Promenade)

Working hours: 9am – 6pm (Mon - Fri)
