We are recruiting for one of the leading hospitality brands. They are seeking a Senior Manager/ AVP – Legal for their business as they are expanding strategically on a global level.

You will be responsible for the various scope:

• Draft, review and/or negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements in the area of lodging business including property management agreements, franchises, joint ventures, M&A deals, private equity transactions and restructurings (including cross-border transactions in Asia, Australia, US and Europe)
• Manage the trademark and intellectual property portfolio.
• Advise business stakeholders on such transactional matters.
• Monitor and advise stakeholders on possible legal risk and provide mitigation strategies.
• Support the legal department in managing any litigation or contentious matters across various jurisdictions with a focus in Asia.
• Assist in the drafting of policies, guidelines, legal templates and other documents to ensure best practices
• Draft routine leases, non-disclosure agreements, engagement letters, and amendments and create templates

Requirements:

• You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law and have at about 10-12 years (Senior Manager) or 15 years PQE (AVP) in a law firm or as an in-house counsel in corporate real estate with good academic history and proven legal skills, combined with a strong reputation for providing commercial solutions, excellent transactional and managements skills.
• Strong background in corporate work, probably gained from practice in a law firm or as an in-house counsel.
• Demonstrate excellent document drafting skills. You should demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills along with a high level of commercial awareness.

Requirement:

1. Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
   
2. PLRD License : Valid License required.
   
3. National Service Clearance: For male applicants, completion of National Service (NS) is required.
   
4. Physical Fitness: Required for Security officers and are expected to maintain a reasonable level of physical fitness to carry out their duties effectively.
   
5. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required, as effective communication is crucial in the security industry. Additional language skills may be an advantage.
   
6. Work Experience: Not required, on job training will be provided.
   
7. Personal Characteristics: Integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility is highly valued .
   
8. Good Eyesight and Hearing: Good eyesight (with/out eyewear) and hearing for observing and responding to security incidents effectively.
   
9. Emergency Response Training: Trained in emergency response procedures, including the handling of incidents and crises.

• Manning of fire command center
• Patrolling duties of all areas in and surrounding Hotel
• Perform escort duties, traffic and crowd control management.
• Assisting guest with luggage during arrival and departure

• Must possess valid Private Security Identification Card and WSQ certification.
• Able to perform 3 rotating shifts.
