• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on projects.
• Excellent at reading and understanding construction detail, plan and elevation drawings
• Ensure all project documentation (progress reports, progress claims, daily reports, site diary, QA/QC report etc.) are submitted and follow up to ensure collectionof approved documents in a timely manner.
• Any Ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Possess high level of initiative, strong interpersonal and

communication skills

Experienced in Civil Engineering related field is added advantage

• At least 6 years of working experience in the related field.
• Good communication, self –initiative and interpersonal skill.
• Candidates with experience will be considered for senior role.
• Have to work on weekend (Saturday and Sunday ) if site need .

Job Scope:

· Recruitment, Resignations & Terminations

· Foreign Workers – Foreign Worker Quota, Recruitment, Housing requirements, etc.

· Communication with Factory Workers

· Employee compensation & benefits, insurance policies (WICA, GHS, GPA, GMM)

· Payroll

· Job scope, Organisation Chart, SOPs

· Any other ad-hoc matters as requested by management

Requirements

· Min Degree in Human Resources from a recognized university

· No experience needed, training provided

· Office Hours/ 5 Days

· Excellent communication skills is a must

· Good management skills of team
