Our Senior PR Manager will be overseeing different aspects of the business together with the management and manage the PR team in their execution of PR campaigns in Singapore. We are looking for a confident and charismatic PR professional who thrives in a fast paced, agile environment and has a knack at handling diverse client situations.

What A Day Looks Like @ Elliot

• Oversee the overall account health and support the team to increase the overall client happiness/satisfaction.
  
• Drive the growth of the PR team, as well as cross-functional business units together with the management.
  
• Lead PR subordinates in the consulting & execution of traditional/digital PR campaigns in Singapore.
  
• Identify strategic opportunities for agency/team learning and developing/improving strategic company processes, maintaining transparency and streamlined communication.
  
• Execution of key accounts & renewal/continuation of client engagements.
  
• Build external & internal stakeholder relationships with composure, astuteness, & authenticity
  
• Proactively offer new ideas and opportunities to ensure organisational success.
  
• Monitor and ensure health of client accounts and quality of press materials.
  
• Perform other ad-hoc duties.

Other Head Turning Criteria:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Public Relations or related communications experience.
  
• Experience leading a team in your current/previous organisation; cross-functional organisational management; supporting/coaching less experienced professionals to be performance-driven and building culture within the organisation.
  
• Proven track record of contributing to the development and execution of strategies for PR teams that drive impact and build brand awareness.
  
• Experience in handling B2B and B2C accounts, and integrated marketing communications campaign.
  
• Outstanding communication skills – both written and oral, with the ability to communicate with, and adapt to, different communication styles at all levels.
  
• You have handled staff discipline and performance matters.
  
• Able to demonstrate resourcefulness, resilience and grit.
  

 Perform daily GL & reconciling differences.

 Bank and intercompany reconciliations, performing timely investigations and follow-up on outstanding transactions.

 Perform month-end closing of books, raising journal entries for monthly revenue and accruals, amortization, depreciation and other recurring items.

 Manage the Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable process including booking of entries and payment, ensure the local GST is properly accounted for, including debit and credit notes.

 Prepare audit schedules for external auditors and liaison with auditors.

 Assist in preparing returns for corporate income tax, GST and other indirect taxes are submitted, payments made on time and all relevant regulations are complied with.

 Assist in other accounts work related task and cover other colleagues when necessary.

 Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management / Head of Department.

We are looking for a self-motivated, meticulous and committed individual to join the Representation and Law Reform department. The successful candidate will be required to perform committee administration and legal administrative work, as well as provide support for the work of the Law Society’s Practice Committees, for the benefit of the Society’s members and the legal profession.

Responsibilities

• Organise and take minutes for Practice Committee meetings and meetings with the Courts and other external stakeholders
• Perform legal administrative work, including collating and consolidating legal inputs, as well as basic legal research and legal drafting
• Support and facilitate the work and various initiatives of the Council of the Law Society and the Practice Committees

Requirements

• A Diploma in law
• At least 2 years’ of experience as a paralegal or legal support staff in a law firm
• Experience in supporting transactional or corporate work will be an asset
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong language ability with demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently but also as a team player
• Good administrative and organisational skills
• Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient in MS Office
