Qualifications:

• This position requires at least 10-15 years post-qualificationexperience in a law firm, commercial and/or MNC environment
• Law degree from a reputable university or institution, Admitted to Singapore Bar, UK Bar or Qualification from other Common Law Jurisdiction.
• Sound understanding of the Singapore Companies Act, corporate/commercial laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with managing litigation and resolving disputes.
• Good knowledge of laws and legal issues pertaining to project finance, corporate finance and corporate governance with strong business sense and sound commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to deal with different management styles while remaining proactive and flexible; ability to influence key business leaders to drive change initiatives.
• Strong understanding and a commercial pro-business approach to handling legal issues.
