• Monitoring Network security portals and information feeds, responding to cyber security events and escalating incidents where required.
• Act as the initial analytical reference point for identifying and then quantifying the nature and extent of security incidents and offer initial professional advice relating to possible business impact.
• Contribute to and execute the network and cyber security technology roadmaps ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Responsible for deploying ruleset and policy changes on cyber security controls, following a change management process.
• Conduct patching, rule and account reviews.
• Conduct cyber security evaluations of third-party software prior to entering the corporate network.
• Ensuring security is designed and built into every service offering at source.
• Engaging directly with application development, application support, infrastructure and security teams as part of analysis and remediation of identified cyber security risks, vulnerabilities and issues.
• Review of security related published articles/bulletins/notifications.
• Assisting with the creation and on-going maintenance of IT Security documentation, policies and standard operating procedures.
• Active participation in implementation of new cyber security focused projects.
• Periodic out of hours on call for cyber event escalation and management.

Working Timing : 9 – 6 PM
Salary Budget : $5,000 - $6,500+ VB (No AWS)

Job Duties:

• Assist in providing administrative support / services as well as solutions meeting the needs for the Company and the Group.
• Assist in creating, formatting, and proofread documents, including letters, reports, memos, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written materials.
• Transcript of voice recording of meetings / phone conferences.
• Draft, review & comments emails / agreements / documents for Executive director’s consideration.
• Comfortable to identifying and evaluating legal and compliance risks within the company and the group.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments.
• Record and monitor deadlines, update status and tracking internal database / reports of relevant tasks / project assigned.
• Administer and maintain databases / files; renaming, reorganizing, and maintaining files, folders, documents, and internal database (spearhead converting largely to digitally).
• Assist in office management.
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks / projects assigned by Executive Director
