- Assist in day-to-day management of the contract/project
- Develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines, budgets, resources.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team members.
- Coordinate with various teams, including consultant, clients, project team members, safety team to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure site works are executed based on approved drawing, project requirement, schedule, safety & quality standard.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, etc
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that arise during the project.
- Liaise with consultants and clients on drawing and authorities submission.
- Prepare quotation/tender
- Attend meeting / site walk
- Undertake any additional tasks as required.
