The functional role of a Project Manager (“PM”) is to help support the planning and execution of the MAX Tax Schemes portal product delivery. The main responsibilities include:

• Project coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in planning and scheduling project timelines, tasks and deliverables
• Supporting project team in meeting deadlines, monitoring task completion and ensuring smooth project flow

• Developing training resources with the vendor’s support

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in leading the Government Data Centre (GDC) Migration Project. This role requires overseeing the transition of critical IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to a new data centre environment. You will work closely with government stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and secure migration process, aligning with government standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Migration Planning: Develop and manage a detailed migration plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal IT teams, government agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of migration activities.

• At least 8 years of experience in managing IT projects, preferably experience in GCC migration.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and security best practices.
• Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure migration projects, particularly from on-premises to cloud environments.
• • Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

1. Responsibilities

· Ensure overall success of a project, or a portfolio of projects, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.

· Manage and monitor project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.
