Roles & Responsibilities:
· To analyze and provide inferences on specialized Payment functions related to SWIFT and payment messages like like PACS008/009, MT103/202/900/910 & CAMT series.
· To support the Project manager effectively on administrative and logistical tasks.
· To closely work with the Project team for successful on-time Project delivery.
· To track Project progress and monitor work plan execution.
· To schedule relevant Project meetings, take notes and prepare the MoM.
· To articulate business case scenarios and contribute towards the development and scoping of the Project.
· To help coordinate with surround Project team members to achieve project objectives.
· To support the different testing cycles, analyze the results and submit observations to the Project Manager.
· To ensure that all Project work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.
· To create all Project related documentation and participate in project related walkthroughs.
· To prepare all Project related reports.
· To highlight risk and issues impacting the project to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
· Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business/ Finance or equivalent
· Must have prior experience in Payments/Remittances/Telegraphic Transfer Operations
· Must have prior experience in Project Assistant role
· Must have in-depth and hands-on knowledge in SWIFT, Payment Messages like PACS008/009, MT103/202/900/910 & CAMT series..
· Must have skills to collect, analyse data, draw insights and make recommendation.
· Must have good leadership and administrative skills.
· Must have excellent communication skills to interact with Project teams efficiently.
