Job Description:

• The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System
• Engage stakeholders and end-users to grasp needs, issues, and desired outcomes.
• Document insights in concise reports, preparing business use cases, scope, and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to define technical and functional specifications for new systems or enhancements.
• Develop user stories and process flows to visualize solutions.
• Communicate technical constraints to users and seek alternative solutions collaboratively.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree with at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
• Business Analyst shall be a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained certification in Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).

Right profile:

Technical experience

• Thorough understanding of Agile and waterfall delivery methodology
• Minimum 6-10 years of experience on Endur based on level
• Should have experience in managing an end-to-end delivery of a module
• Strong functional understanding of Gas, power, coal, emissions/renewables trading
• Should have deep experience in latest Endur version with setup experience on all key modules
• Should have good experience in writing basic SQLs, understanding of the Endur data mode
• · Should have basic knowledge on test automation

• Candidate should be able to exhibit strong analytical and problem solving skills, to deliver high quality solutions to clients

• Adept in handling business changes and managing client expectations
• Provide comprehensive document of changes, coordinate user testing, user training
• Effective management of tasks, timelines, progress reporting on tasks

Responsibilities:

• Work with the clients, vendors, and build team to build and manage the migration process to migrate data into a GIS application.
• Coordinate data extraction activities across various teams.
• Responsible for data validation, transformation, load, and reconciliation from multiple sources into a target GIS application.
• Identify data issues and collaborate with users on the resolution of such issues.
• Provide support to the application and test teams to provide data for testing.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior knowledge and experience working with GIS applications in the Telco indusctry is necessary.
• Familiar with data validation, ETL, data cleansing and reconciliation.
• Experience in working with Oracle SQL and ETL tools.
• Preferably with experience as a BA/other client-facing roles.
• Preferably with experience in vendor management.
