Job Description

Within our Workday Business Group your focus will be on the cutting edge of business processes and applications. You will advise our clients and play an important role in the implementation of Workday’s Integration solution. You will gain experience and develop your capabilities working together in teams, receive on-the-job coaching at leading clients as we work with them to transform their systems to the next level. As a Workday Adaptive Lead (Managerial Level), you will be responsible for:

· Analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. Assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.

· You will be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

· Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

· Expert proficiency in Workday Workforce Planning is required.

· Expert proficiency in Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, and Workday Adaptive Planning are recommended.

· Develop innovative strategies to optimize business processes and systems Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze customer requirements

· Design and implement solutions to improve business efficiency

· Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends and best practices

· Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery

Job Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree

· Minimum 10 years of Workday experience

· Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or Organisation Planning in a complex organisation.

· Design, Maintenance and Reconciliation of complex models, relating to Finance, People, and/or Operations.

· Use of modern planning tools such as Anaplan, OneStream, SAP SAC, Hyperion and TM1, as both user and developer

· Workday Adaptive Certification and/or experience with Workday and/or experience with other leading ERP systems

· Experience working with clients to define requirements and drivers for key business models

· Ability to explain complex Finance, People and Operations concepts to non-technical users

· Ability to work in an iterative development environment while adhering to project constraints

Description

• Strong Understanding of SAP Sales and Logistic Processes: Possess a comprehensive understanding of Commodity Trading and supply chain management processes and the ability to articulate process details ranging from L1 to L4/SOP levels.
• Client Engagement and Solution Definition: Engage proactively with clients to understand their requirements, scope projects, and define innovative solutions. Clearly communicate business benefits, use cases, and develop roadmaps to meet client goals.
• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, assuming the role of a solution architect to ensure a cohesive solution that meets and exceeds client requirements.
• Project Timelines and Financial Impact: Act as the custodian of project timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules and managing potential financial impacts. Implement efficient project management practices to optimize resource utilization.
• Stakeholder Management and Project Governance: Manage key client stakeholders, establishing strong relationships and understanding their expectations. Play a pivotal role in project governance cadence to maintain alignment with client expectations.

About the function

Qualifications:

You should hold the following experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (8-10 years) in project management within a management consulting firm or similar professional services environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading consulting projects, managing client relationships, and delivering results-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, challenges, and opportunities in the banking and financial services industry
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
