Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Authorized Student Recruiters (ASRs) and partnerships to increase student enrollment from South Asia and represent the College at recruitment events and promotional campaigns.
- Attend to prospective student enquiries across multiple channels and provide pre-course counseling in compliance with EduTrust requirements.
- Maintain effective communication to enhance student engagement and implement strategies to achieve retention and progression targets.
- Select and oversee new overseas centers to strengthen the College's presence in South Asian markets.
- Assist with Industrial Attachment (IA) placements and provide student support during the program.
- Ensure adherence to EduTrust Criteria 3 for student services and engagement.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in education sector business development.
- Familiarity with EduTrust processes is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English and two South Asian languages.
