Job Description:
- Prepare plan and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Confirm color schemes for projects.
- Quantify layouts for project specifications.
- Place orders for project materials and components.
- Prepare handover materials and checklists for project completion.
- Develop the master project schedule and ensure all work progresses in line with the set timeline.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all aspects of project works.
- Inspect ongoing site work to ensure quality aligns with the provided drawings.
- Attend site inspections and coordination meetings to facilitate smooth project execution.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
