We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Training Project and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about training children, youth, and adults, and possess strong multitasking abilities. This role involves designing creative and effective learning activities, conducting training sessions, and engaging in sales canvassing and proposal development. The successful candidate will contribute to the growth of our training programs and expand our client base in schools and SME companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Development and Delivery: Design and develop engaging training programs and activities tailored for children, youth, and adults.
- Sales and Business Development: Conduct sales canvassing to identify potential clients and opportunities for training programs.
Maintain and build relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Project Management:Coordinate and manage training projects from initiation to completion. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Administrative Duties:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and training outcomes. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
