• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, ideally within research, academia, or a similar complex environment.
• Experience working with research initiatives and multi-party agreements.
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability.

The Job

• Develop, organize, and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely progress of the initiative’s objectives.
• Act as the primary contact for the initiative, coordinating regular updates, presentations, and reports to stakeholders, and ensuring clear communication of project goals, progress, and challenges.
• Assist in managing the initiative’s budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure all spending aligns with project requirements.
• Organize and facilitate education and socialization events to support the community in adopting the initiative’s recommendations and guidelines.
• Identify potential risks or barriers to implementation, proactively developing and implementing solutions to address challenges and maintain project momentum.
• Support other activities that are instrumental to the success of the initiative.
