- Drive sales growth to meet sales and profit targets within assigned territories, industries, and channels.
- Identify and develop new distributor partnerships within designated regions.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with distributors, direct customers, purchasers, and end users.
- Deliver comprehensive sales and product training to distributors and end users.
- Collaborate with key customers and distributors to plan and execute marketing strategies and promotional programs aligned with company objectives.
- Recommend and implement effective pricing strategies across all product lines.
- Collect and analyze market and competitor data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in international sales will be an advantageous.
- Results-driven and self-motivated sales professional with a strong desire to achieve sales growth and be rewarded for success.
- Strong expertise in sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for the role.
