Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager, Business Processes to lead and drive initiatives that optimize our business operations. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software development teams, to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  Manage the end-to-end execution of business process improvement projects, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget objectives.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as a central point of communication and coordination between hardware, software, and other relevant teams.
  Facilitate effective collaboration to identify pain points, challenges, and areas for process optimization.
  
• Process Improvement:Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  Implement streamlined workflows to reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency.
  
• Risk Management:Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project success.
  Monitor and report project risks, status updates, and progress to stakeholders.
  
• Stakeholder Communication:Regularly communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives.
  
• Performance Metrics and Reporting:Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business process improvements.
  Prepare and deliver reports summarizing project outcomes and process enhancements.
  

Requirements:

• Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, business process improvement, or a related role.
  
• Technical Skills:Proven ability to work with hardware and software teams to align technical and operational requirements.
  Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
  
• Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  

Site Operations Management

• Manage the daily operations and maintenance of signed sites.
• Collect and analyze core data, such as sales, equipment usage, and customer feedback, in a timely manner.

Sales Performance Improvement

• Collaborate with the BD/Sales team to develop and execute strategies for increasing sales at various sites, such as promotional activities and product upgrades.

Value-Added Business Development

• Identify and promote value-added opportunities for sites, such as introducing new machines, expanding functionalities, or integrating resources from other partners.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with the product, R&D, logistics, and supply chain teams to facilitate equipment installation, maintenance, and feature updates.
• Maintain synchronized communication with backend departments like finance and HR.

Key Data Monitoring

• Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) during site operations, such as sales revenue, equipment uptime, and repair response times.
• Provide regular operational feedback and propose improvement suggestions.

Relationship Management

• Maintain cooperative relationships with site owners to continuously optimize collaboration models.
• Preserve and enhance brand image with site partners.

Job Requirements

• At least 6-8 years of experience in sales planning & business intelligence
• Strong in data analytics
• Experience in F&B, Retail, Machinery, Equipment or related industries preferred.
• Strong cross-department communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset with high sensitivity to key operational metrics.
