We are seeking a motivated business analyst intern who is ready to apply knowledge of business practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world environment. The intern will assist in writing reports, conducting research, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career in business administration.You’ll work in teams of typically 3-5 members, playing an active role in all aspects of the client project engagement and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs
• Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
• Perform research and analysis in support of operations
• Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
• Assist and support in project delivery
• Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
• Help launch new initiatives
• May perform additional projects upon request

Requirements

• Business Administration or related major
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented, great communicator and meticulous planner
• Available to commit to a 6 months full time internship program

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including enterprise web and mobile applications, dxp platform implementations, creative campaigns and more. You are responsible for the entire life cycle of a number of client projects from inception through to delivery. With the support of the senior management team, you are responsible for translating a brief into a detailed scope document, planning and budgeting projects accurately, and managing the project and team effectively. To be successful in this role, you should be methodical and have excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a diverse range of fast-moving local and global complex projects that are innovation-based, strategic - digital - brand and communication-focused, from resourcing and scoping to delivery.
• Successfully deliver projects with high-quality deliverables, on time, and within budget.
• Identify what success looks like for each project, with client agreement, to ensure we achieve that as a team.
• Write thorough, considered scopes of work that can act as contracts for your projects to then tailor and communicate an appropriate structure by methodology or project phase, while documenting this clearly in the scope of work.
• Define and agree on the scope of work internally and with clients, and ensure projects are delivered within this agreed scope.
• Work with leads to accurately estimate a project according to the most appropriate model (e.g., fixed-price, capped time and materials, by project phase).
• Track and monitor overall project burn rates and financial progress by highlighting potential overruns before they occur and escalating and resolving financial issues as they happen.
• Present and communicate effectively internally and externally, both verbally and in writing.
• Manage multiple resources and studios to ensure the best outcome for clients and Aleph. Keep stakeholders informed of project progress at all times and manage expectations proactively.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks on a project, focusing on solutions. Balance specific client demands with project realities and reliably close the loop on all open issues in a timely manner.

Prerequisites

• Experience delivering full life-cycle projects in a digital agency or consultancy environment, implementing innovative, interactive, and consumer-focused solutions.
• Ability to code or previous experience in technical space is highly desirable.
• An accomplished communicator who gains the business's confidence and clients’ trust.
• Able to build strong relationships and achieve results under potentially difficult circumstances.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure with high flexibility and fluidity. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Possess good business acumen and sound judgment.
• Strong customer service ethos, committed to quality, with the will to drive improvements.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with solutions architecture and design is an added advantage.
• Experience with Sitecore, Contentstack, Adobe, and/or other headless and open source digital experience platforms is an added advantage
• Experience with Customer Life Cycle Martech Platform implementations is an added advantage

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is responsible for delivering on account revenue and gross margin targets as well as overall client satisfaction and driving innovation and continuous improvement in partnership with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Expected key activities include building relationships with client executive stakeholders including the C-suite, owning the client strategy/account plan, building and growing account relationships, overall operational performance and client satisfaction, and growing revenue/margin with the client. The focus of this role is on the sale and delivery of outsourced customer experience solutions including contact center solutions as well as software, analytics and other services, in order to drive better customer experiences and positive outcomes for the client.

The ideal candidate will also bring both a successful track-record in contact center sales selling outcome-based solutions as well as experience providing digital customer engagement solutions or have deep knowledge and sales experience, possibly in field sales. Successful candidates will be able to build strong relationships within existing and new partners, as well as understand where the client needs intersect across all business lines.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Develop and expand business relationships with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong network of prospects to ensure a consistent pipeline for conversion into sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating and managing a pipeline for sustainable growth.

Sales Cycle Management:

• Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency.
• Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and quotations tailored to client needs and project requirements.
• Oversee the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring all client requirements are addressed comprehensively.

Client and Partner Engagement:

• Demonstrate the ability to identify and address client business problems, assess risks and profitability, and drive the development of mutually beneficial account plans.
• Effectively negotiate and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.

Team Management:

• Manage operations of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to achieve business goals and maintain high performance.
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Prerequisites

• 3+ years of solid record of technology manpower/outsourcing firm focusing in account management or business development.
• Experience identifying, developing, negotiating and closing large-scale deals
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
• Confidence in your ability to create high volume pipelines and accurately forecast close dates
• Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
