Project Sales Executive
• Industry: Manufacturing / Building & Construction
• Basic Salary: Up to $3500 (Depending on experience) + Coms
• Working days & hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Location: Ubi

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and motivate sales channels to meet objectives.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and profit targets.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and report progress.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Collaborate with management to set pricing strategies.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and update business plans regularly.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide market feedback to R&D teams for product development.
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
• Possess Class 3 OR Class 3A driving license
• Candidates with experience in outdoor sales is an added advantage (Preferably in Construction OR Interior Design Industry)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
