The role is part of Revenue Operations team and focuses on small and medium size travel agencies where it defines and deploys actionable commercial strategies for Inside Sales, that enable Travel Unit to accomplish our ambitions and maximize agility by streamlining decision making processes.

You will be responsible to support the implementation of the Inside Sales framework in your Region, enable profitable growth for Inside Sales by ensuring consistency with commercial strategies and policies and generate efficiencies in the commercial process wherever possible.

Being the key point of contact (POC) for the Inside Sales commercial team in your Region and for the other functions and transversal initiatives, when input and validation is required from Market Strategy & Revenue Operations.

Your ability to build commercial plans, assess business opportunities, engage with stakeholders across markets as needed will be key and you will be a key member of the Inside Sales leadership team in your region.

Job responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy for Inside Sales:

- Actively contribute to the definition of commercial strategy for Inside Sales, with focus on pre-approved plans
- Ensure profitability and sustainability of Inside Sales deals in the long term, in close colaboration with relevant stakeholders (Finance, Business Planning & Performance, etc).
- Lead deal support for complex negotiation when relevant, preparing negotiation with Sales / Account Managers and managing business case escalation process and outcome
- Drive strategic topics for Inside Sales in your Region
- Cascade commercial governance within the Inside Sales organization
- Implement Commercial Policy & models
- Design support and implement Sales methodology & tools

Inside Sales Regional interface
- Consolidate Inside Sales inputs on commercial strategy
- Represent Inside Sales in strategy definition and execution
- Represent Inside Sales in annual business plan development
- Represent your Region in Inside Sales community forums & projects (e.g. - -Digitalization, Business efficiency, ...) and implement project outcome in the Region as relevant

Pipeline / targets
- Collaborate with Head of Inside Sales on pipeline
- Cascade Target setting at regional level for Inside Sales
- Analyze performance reports for cluster and provide insight at cluster level, based on pipeline

About ideal candidate:

• Bachelors or a Masters degree in Business with relevant experience in RevOps/ Inside Sales.
• Has a strong background in business analysis, revenue operations.

This is a contract role for maternity.

The Contract Business Controller will be responsible to perform extensive variance analysis and reporting for fixed costs, capex, and personnel resources.

This position supports both local management and central controllers for assigned business areas. Responsible for tracking actual expenditures relative to the financial plan and forecasts. Responsibility also includes supporting forecast process, optimizing information flows and reporting tools, along with working with finance and P&C department representatives to assure accurate communication, reporting and planning.\

Role and responsibilities:

• Monitor monthly financial performance and do in-depth research of significant or unusual trends in expenses. Answer all questions with respect to year-to-date financial results and future expenditure levels for assigned line items and divisions.
• Prepare monthly “highlights” documentation and other ad-hoc reports, which provides a high-level qualitative perspective on the financial results for areas of responsibility.
• Prepare and coordinate forecasts including data uploads into corporate systems. Requires extensive knowledge of internal systems and relationship development with the various division and central controllers. Validation of final plan submission for completeness and accuracy for areas of responsibility.
• Prepare monthly “highlights” documentation and other ad-hoc reports for Central Controllers and Local Management, which provides a high-level qualitative perspective on the financial results for areas of responsibility.
• Perform local controlling activities, including unit cost calculation and analysis, analisis of major financial expenditures versus previous month, and full P&L consistency for the asigned legal entities.

About ideal candidates:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Strong background in financial analysis, planning, and financial modelling.
• Minimum 1- 2 Years finance experience.
