• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Mail merge skills. Knowledge of VBA or use of Excel Pivot tables is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility and attentive to detail.

The scope includes monitoring daily trading volumes, and collaborating on policy reforms with the Stock Exchange to ensure seamless investor experiences. Our Ideal Candidate:

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in asset management, with a good understanding of ETF market dynamics
• Basic knowledge of index methodology and regulatory framework
• Proficiency in CRM and MS Office
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to review and work on materials in Chinese for Hong Kong ETFs
• Strong presentation and communication skills
