Responsibilities:
- Identifying Opportunities: Researching and identifying potential business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs. This involves analyzing market data, conducting competitor analysis, and staying updated on industry development.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: working with the Head of Sales, you will develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets. This includes identifying target customers, create sales pitches and presentations, negotiating deals and closing sales.
- New Market Entry: Assessing and evaluating new market opportunities for expansion by identifying new products.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other F&B companies, suppliers, distributors or retailers. Collaborating with these partners to leverage synergies, expand distribution networks, and access new customer segments.
- Product Development and Launch: Collaborating with Sales & Marketing teams to identify customer preferences and trends. Providing inputs and insights to develop new products or improve existing ones. Assist in product launches and promotional activities.
- Industry Networking: Actively participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, build industry connections, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Report and Analysis: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts. Generating regular reports and providing insights to the Management team for decision-making.
Experience:
Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Business Development function.
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
