Networking Setup & Maintenance:Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Ensure secure and optimized network performance for project needs.
Conduct cabling and structured wiring as required.
Setting up of wireless network protocols, network access control etc
LCD Panel Installation:Mount and configure LCD displays for various project applications.
Connect and test panels to ensure proper functionality and resolution.
Troubleshoot display issues and coordinate repairs if necessary.
Panel monitors for retail, F&B and service application.
Windows Operating Systems Support:Perform basic setup and troubleshooting of Windows-based PCs and devices.
Install software and updates to support project needs.
Resolve hardware and software compatibility issues.
Setting up of PC hardware, embedded controller. Training will be provided.
IoT Sensor Setup:Install, configure, and test IoT sensors and devices.
Verify sensor data communication and integration with systems.
Provide basic maintenance and troubleshooting for IoT hardware.
Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and troubleshooting processes.
Provide technical support and reports to the project team.
Collaboration & Safety:Work closely with project managers and engineers to meet project timelines.
Adhere to workplace safety standards and guidelines during all installations and operations.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma, NTC or Higher Nitec or equivalent in Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:1–2 years of experience in a technical role involving networking, hardware installation, or IoT devices (entry-level candidates with relevant skills will be considered).
Skills:Proficiency in networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of LCD installation and display technologies.
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and associated hardware.
Familiarity with IoT sensors and their integration into systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Other:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Valid driving license can handle drive company van.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, or similar are an advantage.
Experience with IoT platforms or programming for sensor integration.
