Partnering with a leading global ship owner, seeking a talented Corporate Branding & Strategy Specialist to help strengthen our brand presence, enhance corporate communications, and drive strategic initiatives that position us at the forefront of the maritime sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and implement comprehensive corporate branding strategies that align with the company’s mission, values, and business objectives.
- Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistent, transparent messaging across all channels. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute strategies that communicate the company’s vision to employees, stakeholders, customers, and the media.
- Lead the development and execution of crisis communication strategies to protect and manage the company’s reputation during challenging times. Prepare crisis communication plans and guide teams on effective messaging to mitigate risk.
- Assist to drive strategic initiatives to increase brand awareness, enhance corporate identity, and position the company as a leader in the maritime industry.
- Facilitate the creation and delivery of branded content, including press releases, digital assets, presentations, reports, and social media content.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, media representatives, and industry influencers to drive brand engagement and awareness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate communications, branding, or strategy, with a strong preference for a background in the maritime industry.
- Proven experience in managing internal communications, external media relations, and crisis communication efforts.
- Strong understanding of maritime operations, industry trends, regulations, and challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft tailored messaging for diverse audiences.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong digital and social media marketing expertise.
