Project Manager is an integral part of the organisation, ensuring the successful development, planning, execution and close-out of all aspects of the projects. The role is responsible for the schedules of all design and build projects, establishing critical path tasks to ensure the desired completion date with an eye towards risk mitigation. The role needs to work closely with internal teams to ensure the project is executed within schedule constraints and serve as the primary liaison for external parties.

• Plan and govern project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, objectives and priorities.

• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.

• Review, coordinate and execute approved contracts.

• Develop and oversee all budgets relating to the project.

• Analyse risks and opportunities through risk management.

• Oversee project procurement management.

• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that may arise.

• Act as the primary point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.

• Use PM tools to monitor project activities.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

   - Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.

   - Analyze competitive landscape and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

   - Assist in the preparation of market analysis reports and presentations.
 

2. Lead Generation and Outreach:

   - Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.

   - Assist in outreach efforts to prospective clients and partners, including drafting emails and making initial contact.

   - Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and relevant information.

3. Support Business Development Activities:

   - Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.

   - Coordinate and schedule meetings with potential clients and partners.

   - Support the business development team in managing relationships with existing clients and partners.

4. Event Coordination:

   - Assist in the planning and execution of industry events, webinars, and conferences.

   - Represent BNB at local events and networking opportunities to promote our Web3 solutions.

   - Help organize and manage event logistics, including registration, materials, and follow-up activities.
