Develop cost control plans and ensure proper implementation in the course of work.
Manage cash flow and project margin
Manage invoices
Manage change orders
Manage timesheet and claims
Reviews contract terms especially the pricing and payment section
Compile the information to consolidate cost data, analysis and reporting
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
A degree / diploma in a relevant field (not mandatory, capability more important)
Familiar with Earned Value Management
Skills to produce various Project reports
Skills in organizing and planning
Meticulous, analytical, resourceful, with an eye for details
Ability to multi-task
Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
