Take this opportunity to become Test Manager for global airport and logistics system projects.

You will have a key role in ensuring that our state-of-the-art baggage handling and logistics systems are handed over to our customers in the quality that they expect. You will be working with multi-disciplinary teams and interacting with team members ranging wide in nationalities globally.

Ensuring the quality of our systems

As a Test Manager, you will be involved from the beginning of our projects. You will be an active member of the project management team of the project that you are working for, and from the very beginning of the project your focus will be on quality, validation of requirements, and commissioning strategy. Furthermore, you will be involved in decisions on how and when mechanical, electrical and software components will be tested. We will train you in our products and processes as well as in our test and commissioning strategies.

You will:

· Create an overall Integrated Test Plan (ITP) for the project.

· Decide on a decommissioning and commissioning strategy.

· Work together with the Project Manager and the Technical Project Manager on risk management, to ensure that the right balance is found with regard to what to test.

· Contribute to the schedule, budget, resource plan and site management plan.

· Review test cases from all internal stakeholders as well as from suppliers.

· Organise Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), both on emulators and on physical test loops.

· Lead the test and validation process on sites where we commission our systems.

· Communicate with our clients regarding the progress of testing.

· Perform acceptance testing together with the people from the airport.

· Lead the process of requirement management.

· Work in our head office but also on site at the place of installation, for a longer period.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of project experience, with a proven track record of hands-on experience as a Test Manager.

- Project Management experience and proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Projects or Primavera, PowerPoint) will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, conflict management, negotiation skills, and teamwork.

As a Subsystem Project Manager in Steel Works in our Organization, it is your job to create and maintain the project time schedules for our projects together with the other project team members.

You are working consistently to keep our schedules updated and progress to the dynamics of our projects.

Your responsibilities are:

· Project planning and control including Schedules / Specifications / Finance / Quality & HSE.

Ensure all trade personnel, material and equipment is available to support projects.

· Ability to read structural drawings, connection details, structural steel knowledge/experience.

· Regularly inspect work for quality and ensure adherence to project and PE's specifications.

· Collaborate and maintain positive relationship with engineers, customers, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications, requirements, and regulations.

· Follow up on all fabrication and installation job fit up, welding and inspection.

· Attend and actively participate in site safety meeting, offsite meeting, site installation inspection.

· Maintain documents and records, work with professional engineer for authorities' submission.

· Understanding and compliance with all Authorities' and BCA's regulations and requirements.

Qualifications: -

· Minimum 3 years of related work experience preferably in Engineering environment

• Responsible for the Software project delivering a Software solution or an upgrade of a Software solution for controlling of a system.
