Job Scope:

1. The temporary staff to be recruited will provide project management. The staff will perform the following:
   1. Oversee the implementation of the upcoming IT infrastructure project and keep track of the project progress;
   2. Facilitate project meetings and presentations to keep all parties informed and engaged;
   3. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations;
   4. Project risk management to monitor, identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans; and
   5. Ensure all aspects of the project are completed and documented.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science,Information Technology, or Engineering.
2. Professional Certifications (preferred):

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) for IT service management and/ or
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) for cybersecurity knowledge

Working Hours:

8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thu) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)

Job Scope:

• Provide administrative and logistical support for projects and training programmes
• Engage and work with project teams in the planning and managing project
• Engage in frequent stakeholder contact and communication of key information to facilitate delivery project management activities (interviews/test sessions)
• Provide coordination and administrative support to online survey admin
• Provide coordination and administrative support to ensure proper and timely completion of projects
• Smooth operation of training programmes- virtual classes over zoom, face to face classes, e-learning progs
• Preparation of logistics, materials, ordering of catering, zoom, evaluation forms.
• Setup/clear training materials in classrooms
• Receiving and welcoming participants and associates for interviews/tests
• Assist the group in any other admin/logistic work

Requirements:

• Preferably relevant working experience in administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within and with external partners
• IT savvy skills

Location: Buona Vista

Salary: $13/hour
